Larimer County Residents Directory is a private reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections connected with Larimer County, Colorado. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a county or state office, court, library, or records custodian.

11. Colorado Law
Colorado law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. 24-72-201 et seq., describes public-record access but does not make every record open. Confidentiality statutes, court rules, exemptions, and custodian procedures still apply. Colorado’s consumer-privacy statute, Colo. Rev. Stat. §§ 6-1-1301 et seq., applies according to its own scope and thresholds.
12. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
